Pay: $105,167 - $114,938 pa, Level 5 PSCSAA

The Public Sector Commission is on a mission to create an innovative and future fit public sector for all Western Australians.
The position is part of the Leadership Services team whose work is critical to the effective and efficient leadership of the public sector that serves all Western Australians.
The team provides advice and recommendations on the management and remuneration of public sector senior executive positions, and members of government boards and committees. Additionally, the team supports the recruitment and management of chief executive officers.
The position is available on a permanent and fixed term basis and also full time or part time filling.
We are looking for people who have an eye for detail and accuracy, are keen to learn about and use classification and remuneration assessment tools, and work well with stakeholders.
You'll be trained in and supported to use various tools for job classification and remuneration assessment, as well as other business tools and systems.
You'll provide advice to and liaise with ministers' offices, prepare executive government documentation, and support agencies in the decisions they make about their senior executive positions and officers.
You'll undertake research; analyse and interpret information and data; compile reports; and ensure agency compliance with workforce policies.
