Overview
We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Creative Project Coordinator to support our marketing and creative team on a part-time basis for approx 4 months. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on keeping projects moving, enjoys working across teams, and has excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage the workflow of creative projects from brief through to delivery
* Coordinate timelines, resources and communication between teams and stakeholders
* Track project progress, identify roadblocks and propose solutions
* Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and distribute action items
* Maintain accurate filing systems and shared creative assets
* Set up and manage admin processes, including records, invoices and expenditure
* Support with coordination tasks involving external stakeholders and agencies
Experience
* Proven background in project coordination or administration, ideally within marketing, creative or related environments
* Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools
* Demonstrated attention to detail and collaborative approach
* Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva (Desirable)
* Experience creating simple digital assets for social or marketing use (Desirable)
This is a part-time contract role (3 days per week, onsite) — a great opportunity to bring structure, efficiency and creativity to a fast-paced team.
