About the Role: Reporting into the CFO you will coordinate the Fund Operations and Reporting function, ensuring the effective operation, governance, and reporting of the Omni Bridgeways funds. The role will work with the Fund Operations Manager, Reporting Manager and Global Financial Controller to establish scalable operating models, maintain robust operational controls, assist the team to increase efficiency and raise the bar when delivering high-quality investor, regulatory, and internal reporting. Key Responsibilities: Develop operational strategy for Fund Operations and Reporting aligned to organisational objectives. Lead the design and implementation of scalable operating models and controls. Act as subject‑matter authority on operational risk, investment data governance, and regulatory reporting. Oversee daily and periodic investment operations including capital calls, distributions, fund deployments, etc, working closely with the Treasury department. Provide executive oversight of transitions, fund launches, restructures, and mandate changes. Own delivery of internal, investor, regulatory, fund Board, compliance and performance reporting. Ensure robust data quality and validation procedures. Lead strategic relationships with custodians, administrators, and investment managers. Manage SLAs Maintain operational risk and control frameworks. Champion automation and workflow optimisation. Lead system enhancement and data strategy initiatives. Build, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams. Set team vision, capability framework, and succession planning. Strategic planning and operational excellence. Stakeholder management at executive and Board levels What We’re Looking For: We’re after a strategic thinker, who is analytical and detail focused. You will be experienced at leading change and have excellent communication skills. You’ll also have: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 8-10 years in investment operations or fund reporting, with 3 years in leadership.
