The Opportunity
This is a fantastic step-up opportunity for a strong Sous Chef (3+ years' experience) ready to take ownership of their own kitchen.
You'll be:
* Hands-on in service
* Leading from the front in a small, fast-paced environment
* Driving food quality and consistency
* Managing stock, rostering and food costs
* Creating weekly specials that keep locals coming back
