About the Role
We're seeking a motivated and strategic Regional Manager to lead and grow sales within your assigned territory. You'll be responsible for achieving sales budgets, driving customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring Ball Australia's reputation for excellence continues to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
* Manage channel to market strategies, liaising with Regional Support Co-Ordinator and Commercial Manager.
* Identify and develop new customer and market opportunities.
* Lead complex negotiations and regional customer agreements.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and seasonal sales patterns.
* Analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
* Capture and act on customer feedback to drive satisfaction and retention.
About You
You're a confident and commercially minded sales leader who's passionate about plants, people, and performance. You'll bring:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in sales management (horticulture or agriculture preferred).
* Strong ability to understand customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
* Proven track record of meeting targets and driving business growth.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment.
* A results-driven mindset with integrity and resilience.
