Join the team that is ensuring one person—one identity.ResponsibilitiesThe role involves solving problems in the manufacturing process related to different materials, utilizing laboratory equipment for root cause analysis, and validating products to industry standards. Responsibilities include testing products for compliance, advising on material choices, assisting engineers and scientists in product development, conducting research and development, inspecting products for flaws, conducting tests, analyzing data, and recommending process improvements. The candidate will also troubleshoot and repair equipment, document results, train personnel, and collaborate with industry specialists. The role supports detailed analysis and design for solution components, ensuring successful transition from prototyping to high-volume production. Typical laboratory equipment includes Instron force gauges, microscopes, RFID analyzers, among others. Projects include failure mode testing, microscopy, reproducing failures, recommending process improvements, and documenting results.QualificationsThe candidate will work under general supervision, handling moderately complex issues and demonstrating solid knowledge of the subject matter.
