The primary purpose of this role is to undertake the administration of governance, policy, risk and compliance in a holistic manner. This role will require you to work across multiple GRC and policy streams to provide effective support to the risk and compliance team. The role specifically includes responsibility for the administration of Police Service Reviews and requests for information (RTI). As an adviser you will provide valuable support and input into the Governance, policy, risk and compliance activities by directing Commission officers to relevant GRC resources, answering administrative queries and ensuring a holistic approach is applied to incoming GRC work. You will work closely with the Senior Advisor, Risk and Compliance.

About You

The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:

* Undertaking the administration of governance, policy, risk and compliance in a holistic manner and administering other documentation under the GRC including provision of supporting data review and visualisation to support other members of the Risk & Compliance team.
* Proven capability in providing administrative or secretariat support to committees and/or senior executives and the Risk & Compliance team work whilst maintaining confidentiality, tact, discretion and sound judgement.
* Ability to provide information, including drafting correspondence, consistent with the CCC's RTI application process
* Ability to collate data and prepare reports and presentations, using various tools, to support the work of the Risk & Compliance Team.
* Highly developed oral communication skills including the ability to liaise and consult effectively with internal and external stakeholders including members of the public.
