About the Role
Run your section with consistency and confidence during service
Prepare and present high-quality dishes with attention to detail
Support menu planning, costing, and ordering with the Head Chef
Mentor and guide apprentices and kitchen hands
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
What You’ll Bring
Relevant cookery qualifications & food safety training
2+ years’ experience as a Chef (CDP or strong Commis ready to step up)
Experience with open flame grilling and modern pub cuisine
