As we scale up our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced ICT Business Analyst with a strong background in Xano and Bubble.io to join our team. Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for complex enterprise software projects.
* Design and develop scalable backend solutions using Xano and front-end applications using Bubble.io.
* Create workflows, databases, and APIs that align with business needs and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
* Perform gap analysis and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
* Lead workshops and discussions to identify pain points and opportunities for system improvements.
* Provide technical expertise to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
* Ensure compliance with enterprise-grade security, scalability, and performance standards.
Technical Expertise
* Advanced proficiency in Xano for backend development and API management.
* Advanced proficiency in Bubble.io for no-code/low-code application development.
* Advanced proficiency in integrating with existing platforms (.NET).
Business Analysis
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Extensive experience in requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder engagement for large enterprise projects.
Project Management
* Experience in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
Communication Skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong documentation skills, including creating user stories, process flows, and wireframes.
Minimum Requirements
* Formal qualifications relevant to ICT/Business Analysis or a minimum of 5 years' relevant professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
* Familiarity with additional no-code platforms and tools.
* Experience with enterprise-grade integrations, data migrations, and system architecture.
* Certifications in Business Analysis or related fields (e.g., CBAP, PBA).
