What you will be doing:
* Greeting guests and welcoming them to the lounge
* Ensuring the check in process runs smoothly and handing guest questions professionally and in a timely manner
* Making sure the reception and lounge areas are always well prepared, cleaned and monitored at all times
* Answering telephone/ email enquiries and liaising with airlines
* Replenishing food and beverages in the food counters and refrigerators in a timely and hygienic manner
* Ensure sufficient stock levels of amenities are available
* Collecting dirty plates, glassware and rubbish from the tables and lounge area
* Establishing and maintaining good customer relations with our Lounge guests
