About the Chance 
We have an exciting opportunity for a 
Senior Management Accountant 
to join our team in a key business partnering role. This position is responsible for managing labour and overhead allocations, executing the project ledger, and delivering accurate, timely financial insights to support critical decision-making. You'll drive financial performance, ensure compliance, and support operational success across the organisation. 
Responsibilities 
Manage end-to-end labour and overhead allocation processes. 
Execute and maintain the ASC project ledger with accuracy and timeliness. 
Deliver financial performance reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. 
Ensure compliance with contracts, ASC policies, and relevant accounting standards. 
Partner with key stakeholders including cost account managers, capability managers, and executives. 
Support project invoicing and cost tracking to ensure financial transparency. 
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across financial systems and processes. 
About you 
Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or Accounting, with full membership in ASCPA, ICA, CIMA, or equivalent. 
Proven experience in financial management, planning, and analysis. 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships. 
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to a NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on obtaining and maintaining such clearance. To check eligibility please visit the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency website.
