As a Health & Safety and Injury Management Advisor, you will support the execution of our health and safety strategy through fostering a culture of safety and wellbeing. This role plays a vital part in reducing incidents, improving health and productivity, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. A few of your responsibilities: Encourage ownership and ethical leadership, fostering a strong health and safety culture across the organisation Support business leaders to identify, assess, and manage health and safety risks in line with the Safety Management System and relevant policies Provide ongoing support for the Injury Management Team by coordinating, promoting and monitoring the rehabilitation and sustainable return to work for team members Verify the effectiveness of the SMS through audits, inspections, and data reviews Assist timely reporting and escalation of incidents and regulatory notifications What we will be looking for: Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety Demonstrated experience in a health and safety role within a multifaceted industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders Ability to handle sensitive matters with integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism About you: You are proactive, solutions-focused, and passionate about creating a safe and supportive work environment.
