The Role
We're seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead our OT team and drive service excellence across our metro and regional operations. This senior clinical leadership role offers the opportunity to shape service delivery while maintaining direct client contact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of occupational therapists across metro and regional locations
Provide clinical supervision and professional development guidance
Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to clients with complex needs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including PBS practitioners, psychologists, and support coordinators
Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and AHPRA registration requirements
Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives
Support regional office expansion and team scaling
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
Minimum 3-5 years clinical experience, with leadership/supervisory experience preferred
Experience working with clients with intellectual disability, autism, mental health conditions, and complex trauma
Strong understanding of NDIS framework and service delivery
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Willingness to travel to regional locations as needed
Commitment to ongoing career development and CPD requirements
