Full time: 38 hours per week, 6:00AM - 2:00PM - Afternoon shift attracts 15% shift allowance.
We are seeking motivated food production workers to join our Morning Shift as Factory Packer / Process Worker. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this is a key role that involves packing products on food manufacturing lines whilst ensuring food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manual & Machine packing of products
- Entering product records online
- Identifying basic machine faults
- Recording quality data online
- Ensuring plant and equipment is kept clean for optimal performance
- Ensuring food safety standards are met
To be successful in the role you will have:
- A proactive-can do attitude
- A protected approach to work
- Awareness of food safety, quality assurance and HACCP (training will be provided)
- Strong communication skills
- Good numeracy/computer literacy skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace
- Previous experience in a FMCG workplace (preferred)
