How You Can Make a Difference
Do you have a knack for creating digital content? Are you solutions focused and able to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders?
We're looking for a Digital Delivery Coordinator who's passionate, eager to learn and build on their existing experience and skillset. This role offers opportunities to work on a wide range of campaigns and initiatives, from fundraising to advocacy, providing the chance to make a real impact!
This is a permanent part-time (0.8 FTE) position. You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between home and one of our capital city offices.
What You'll Be Doing
* Bring digital content to life by working closely with our stakeholders to get great stories published.
* Team up with our awesome Marketing crew to create engaging campaigns and eye‐catching digital assets that help amplify the Heart Foundation's impact.
* Champion high‐quality content that proudly reflects the Heart Foundation brand.
* Boost and refine the user experience across all our digital platforms to support organisational goals and make every visit feel meaningful.
* Spot opportunities to elevate the digital journey and collaborate with teams across the organisation to turn great ideas into action.
* Monitor and track digital activity to uncover insights, celebrate wins, and guide continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
* Experience in web content management systems (CMS) or digital marketing.
* Skill in managing web content (video, imagery, illustration and copy).
* Knowledge of website reporting including Google Analytics.
* Search engine optimisation (SEO) know-how.
