Squiz is looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive. Government is our strongest sector. Squiz has a sizable and well-established customer base. Through excellent account management, we expect to strengthen and expand that foundation.
Key responsibilities:
1. Own, develop and deliver the overarching Government growth strategy in collaboration with our customers and relevant internal stakeholders
2. Undertake strategic planning with customers that deliver significant uplift in Product and Services revenue
3. Inspire and influence customers at all levels about DXP capabilities, instilling confidence in Squiz offering short and long term
4. Earns respect and trust, building lasting partnerships with senior customer stakeholders including decision-makers and influencers
5. Grow market share within Government through existing customer base and partner with new business team to secure new growth across Government
6. Deeply understand our customer’s business model and identify their unique digital needs then offer appropriate solutions
7. Builds trust and holds strong relationships across teams internally to deliver the best outcomes to our customers.
Capabilities/Experiences
8. Strong understanding of the Government sector easily navigating the nuances and processes of Government
9. Experience selling SaaS and technology, ideally you have sold DXP, CMS, CDP or Search solutions either directly for a vendor or through the partner channel (digital agency or tech consultancy)
10. Thinks and acts across the Government portfolio understanding the links. Does not limit themselves to individual agencies.
11. Proven track record in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
12. Professional presence and clear communicator, impressive with senior stakeholders
13. Ability to articulate and address strategic client initiatives, creating solutions and/or escalating requirements internally as needed
14. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization
15. Deeply understands the story and offering and easily adapts to new marketing and sales needs and strategies to bring the best outcome
16. A mature, innovative analytical thinker and problem solver
17. Inexhaustible drive and a ‘can do’ attitude, operates well in a fast-paced environment
Simply put government experience would be great to have.
