Main Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with health and safety plans, management systems, and processes within the processing plant.
* Participate in establishing a culture of safety and environmental responsibility, ensuring adherence to regulatory policies.
* Develop operating methods and procedures related to operational, metallurgical, and process engineering tasks.
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting to achieve production targets.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced metallurgist to join our team and contribute to the success of our lithium hydroxide production facility. The successful candidate will have a strong background in metallurgy and relevant experience in fixed plant processing.
Key Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering.
* Valid driver's license.
* First Aid certificate.
* WA Radiation Safety qualifications desired but not essential.
* At least 3 years of experience in fixed plant processing.
