The role
This is a Senior Associate position, working with Andrew Vincent. Working in the team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of complex finance transactions, with a particular focus on the rapidly expanding universe of private credit. You will work closely with Andrew, but the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to take the leading role in the matters, draft complex documents and liaise directly with clients.

* with 5+ years' experience
* with Banking & Finance experience
* with a genuine passion for problem solving and thinking outside the box
* that is keen to be involved with the firm's business development activities
