As a key member of the team, you will coordinate and execute all facets of export documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and deadlines are consistently met.
Responsibilities
Compile, dispatch, and maintain required export documentation in collaboration with customers, shipping lines, and key stakeholders
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
Familiarity with customer import country requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of ERP systems and export documentation platforms
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
Proficiency in languages other than English is highly regarded
