Job Title: Senior/Estimator – Civil Contractor
The role of a senior estimator is pivotal in the success of a civil contractor's business. Our client, a leading player in the industry, seeks an experienced professional to join their team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and managing tender proposals to ensure maximum value for the company
* Coordinating internal and external resources to drive project delivery
* Evaluating and optimizing tender estimating processes for cost-effectiveness
* Negotiating with clients and stakeholders to secure contracts
* Preparing budgets and financial plans for projects
* Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering or construction management, with 5-10 years' experience in managing projects valued at $5m to $20m+
