Role Description
This is a full‐time on‐site role for a Kitchen & Wardrobes Factory Foreman, located in West Gosford. The foreman will oversee the day‐to‐day operations of the factory, ensure production efficiency, maintain high standards of quality, and coordinate with the team to meet client requirements. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring production schedules, ensuring equipment maintenance, and enforcing safety guidelines.

* Knowledge of cabinetmaking, joinery, and quality control practices
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Commitment to safety standards in the factory environment

* Hands‐on skills in assembly, final inspections, and troubleshooting in a cabinetry environment
* Relevant qualifications or experience in cabinetmaking, joinery, or a related field are preferred
