Business Growth Specialist
This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and engagement with small, medium, and Indigenous businesses.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the infrastructure supply chain and experience in developing and implementing supplier participation programs.
Key responsibilities include:
* Designing and implementing frameworks for subcontractor and supplier engagement
* Providing specialist advice on tender readiness and supplier participation planning
* Managing and maintaining supplier participation data, performance metrics, and reporting dashboards
* Coordinating business capability and readiness programs to build the commercial and technical capacity of First Nations and small to medium business suppliers
* Representing the organization at regional and industry forums to promote business inclusion and build partnerships
