Software Engineer (Microsoft or Azure AI Foundry)
Azure AI Engineer responsible for enabling the design and deployment of scalable, secure, and governed AI solutions across the enterprise using Azure AI Foundry and related technologies. The role focuses on driving responsible AI adoption through strong data governance, agent orchestration, and workflow automation, while ensuring reliability and compliance through structured validation practices such as TEVV and red teaming, ultimately delivering reusable, high-impact AI solutions aligned with business and enterprise standards.
Responsibilities
* Design and implement AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, including agent orchestration, governance, and guardrail setup.
* Build reusable, modular agent architectures using the Microsoft Autogen framework.
* Manage data governance in Databricks, including data ownership, schema design, and access control.
* Develop and integrate workflows using Azure Logic Apps, Durable Workflows, and Power Automate.
* Apply TEVV frameworks and conduct red teaming to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant AI systems.
* Utilize approved tools like GitHub Copilot and collaborate with teams to align solutions with.
The candidate
* Minimum 5 years of overall experience, including at least 2 years in AI.
* Strong understanding of Azure AI Foundry, including agent orchestration, governance, and guardrail implementation.
* Experience with Databricks for data ownership, schema management, permissions, and.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Autogen framework and multi‐agent architecture design.
* Hands‐on experience with Azure Logic Apps, Durable Workflows, and Power Automate for workflow automation.
* Knowledge of TEVV (Test, Evaluate, Verify, Validate) framework and red teaming practices within Azure AI environments.
* Familiarity with reusable, modular agent architecture and scalable design principles.
* Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar approved development tools.
* Exposure to scaling AI solutions across multiple business use cases within enterprise.
* Experience applying governance, validation, or security practices in real‐world AI implementations.
* Ability to design reusable solutions with a focus on efficiency, optimization, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications / Professional Certifications required
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
