your role
This position supports the Senior Asset Managers and plays a key part in ensuring the seamless operation of a busy and diverse commercial portfolio. Your day will be fast-paced, structured and hands-on, providing critical administrative and coordination support, setting you up for long-term growth within the business.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating daily portfolio administration, documentation and workflow
* Managing invoicing, correspondence and arrears follow-up
* Assisting with maintenance requests and tenant communication
* Preparing reports, letters and lease-related documentation
* Supporting the Asset Manager in managing deadlines and priorities
* Handling internal and external stakeholder enquiries professionally

* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
* Ability to follow direction while working proactively and independently
* Understanding of commercial leases or similar property experience
