Associate Nurse Unit Manager Position
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced nurse to join the Neonatal and Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (NPICU) as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager.
About the Role:

* The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Nurse Unit Manager with planning and management of staff and resources, as well as coordinating day-to-day patient care activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work in partnership with the Nurse Unit Manager and other senior staff to ensure efficient and effective provision of care.
2. Assist with planning and management of staff and resources.
3. Provide operational leadership through coordination of day-to-day patient care activities, including patient flow.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated clinical experience in relevant practice area.
* Ability to provide clinical leadership, exercise professional judgment, and work with minimal supervision.
* Understanding of business operations within healthcare framework.
* Able to contribute to evaluation, innovation, and development of services provided by the unit/service.
Benefits:

* Competitive salary range: $106,570 to $112,440 per annum (pro rata).
* 11.5% superannuation contribution.
* Payment of $15,000 staged over three years for nurses moving from interstate.
* Post Graduate Allowance up to 10% based on qualification type.
