We're seeking an inspiring and experienced Campus Director to lead our nurturing 90 place early learning service in Grovedale.

The Centre
Our brand-new Grovedale centre on Pioneer Road is already buzzing with families eager to join the Woodlands community.
The building is purpose-built to spark creativity.
The centre offers thoughtfully designed spaces that inspire children every day.
Conveniently located near Waurn Ponds, we provide play-based programs for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years in a calm, welcoming environment that nurtures authentic relationships.
The Role
As our pioneering Campus Director, you will lead with purpose, passion, and a strong commitment to early childhood education.
Inspire and guide a team of dedicated educators
Build strong, lasting relationships with families and the local community
Ensure smooth, effective centre operations with a balance of commercial acumen and hands-on leadership
Uphold compliance and best practice standards across all aspects of early childhood education

The Ideal Candidate
Success in the role requires:
A recognised Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education (approved by ACECQA)
Experience leading an early childhood centre (3–4 years) with a proven ability to mentor, motivate, and guide your team
A thorough understanding of early childhood frameworks, including the NQF, NQS, EYLF, and compliance requirements
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to engage with children, families, team, and regulatory bodies
Successful completion of National Police Check and Working with Children Check required
Up-to-date training in First Aid, Child Protection (or Mandatory Reporting), and Food Safety
