Key Administration Role

We are seeking experienced professionals to fill full-time Administration Officer positions at our facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Developing and maintaining existing and new grower relations
* Compiling and maintaining accurate grower database records
* Coordinating contract follow-ups with growers
* Managing general administration tasks related to Grain Buying and Grower payments

Additional tasks and duties may also be assigned by the Business Manager from time to time.

The Administration Officer will oversee day-to-day administration of the logistics department, including tracking transport carriers and shipping lines.

Suitable candidates will possess:

* Ability to work independently as part of a team
* Willingness to learn quickly and progress in the role
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Experience in the agricultural/grains industry
* Excellent attention to detail, sound numeracy and literacy skills, and ability to meet deadlines
* Proficiency in computer systems and applications including MS Excel and MS Word

Remuneration will be based on experience and meet or exceed industry standards.
