You'll be joining a team focussed on land development and where "people development" is as important as project delivery and your growth is actively nurtured alongside the neighbourhoods you help to create. What you'll do Step into a dynamic position where you'll be involved across the full development lifecycle: from masterplanning and approvals through to project handover and activation. You'll champion market research, wrangle with authorities on planning and rezoning, coordinate consultants and contractors, and help ensure commercial, environmental, and social objectives are achieved. What you'll work on: Project planning and market research to inform product mix and optimise design. Navigating approvals, development applications, and permit processes with tenacity. Managing consultancy appointments, coordinating weekly works meetings, and facilitating clear, effective communication across departments. Value engineering designs, awarding contracts, supervising contractors, and driving on-site works to maintain quality and budget. Supporting marketing strategies, guiding sales contracts and covenants, and assisting with product releases and settlements. Keeping projects on track. Financial reporting, budget management, and feasibility analysis are your bread and butter. Cultivating relationships with key players: staff, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders. What We're Looking For Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Engineering, Town Planning, Valuations, Finance, or similar. Ideally, relevant property development experience, including exposure to project management and planning approvals. Exceptional communicator, able to produce punchy reports, negotiate with flair, and facilitate meetings that inspire action. Financially savvy with proven skills in budget management and feasibility modelling. Organised, results-driven, and naturally curious. You spot issues before they arise and welcome a challenge.
