**About the role**:
The key to success in this role is your ability to be organised, enthusiastic, proactive and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
**About you**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, experience within the hardware or fencing industry is desired.
- Computer literacy and experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Experience using Pronto software an advantage
- Excellent customer service skills
- A positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn
- A genuine commitment to the purpose and values of the organisation, demonstrating an ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
This is a Full Time position working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, plus weekends on a rotating roster. (8am-1pm).
