Responsibilities
* Supports the Head of Teaching and Learning and the timetabling needs of students.
* Supervisory position responsible for the smooth running of the Teaching and Learning administrative processes, overseeing and supervising administration staff.
* Requires high level analytical skills, decision making and supervision skills, creative thinking/adaptabilities involving student timetabling, data, people and projects.
* Works co-operatively with all members of the Senior Leadership Team, providing executive support to senior management.
Position Type

Permanent, Full Time, Term Time – Commencing as soon as possible.

About You
* Commitment to the ethos, Christian values and teachings of the College.
* Demonstrated competence and confidence in using a personal computer and relevant software packages (e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel, intermediate level).
* Knowledge and prior use of the College Administration package (TASS and Timetabling Solutions – Student Options, ERM, Web Preferences) – essential.
* Knowledge of general office and administrative procedures and equipment.
* Working with Children accreditation (Blue Card) or ability to obtain this accreditation.
