About the role
Environmental Services Administrative Assistant – up to 80 hours per fortnight.
We are seeking a diligent and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to our operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes and efficient office management. This role requires someone who is detail‐oriented, proficient in office software, and possesses excellent communication skills.
What's required?
* A high level of computer literacy with skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels to develop and maintain relationships.
* Strong customer service ethic and ability to tactfully deal with customer concerns.
* High level of integrity and ability to use absolute discretion with sensitive or confidential information.
* Demonstrated flexibility within tight time schedules and periodic demands.
* Well‐developed communication and interpersonal skills.
* Well‐developed written communication skills.
* Demonstrated understanding of environmental services principles and practices.
* Evidence of a 2026 influenza vaccination.
