THE OPPORTUNITYViva Leisure, parent company to Club Lime, one of Australia’s leading fitness companies, is looking for new Member Services team members to join our clubs on a Casual basis in Shellharbour! Our mission is to connect health and fitness to as many people as possible, and we aim to provide our members with affordable, accessible, and awesome facilities.Founded in 2004, Viva Leisure operates fitness clubs within the health and leisure industry. We have a trajectory of growth as the largest independent health club operator in Australia and are the first fitness facility operator to list on the Australian Securities Exchange.This role allows for the opportunity to provide exceptional personalised service and a positive member experience filled with growth and passion. Along with exceptional service, this role requires maintaining and increasing the member base of the club.Day-to-day duties consist of servicing the clubs and its members with general queries, club tours for possible new members, maximising sales memberships, and ensuring that the club environment is clean and well presented for all.This is a casual opportunity with 3-15 hours per week.Skills & QualificationsFirst aid (If not currently holding would be willing to acquire)CPR (If not currently holding would be willing to acquire)Working with Vulnerable people check/Working with Children check (If not currently holding would be willing to acquire)Previous experience in a similar role within fitness (desirable) or retail industryExceptional customer service skills with the ability to prioritise and manage workload effectivelyStrong written and verbal communication skillsComputer literate with proficiency in Microsoft OfficeKey ResponsibilitiesProvide a positive member experience to new and existing membersCommitment to club presentation, look and feelIncrease and maintain membership salesGreet customers and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly mannerAssist customers with account information, product and service selection, and general inquiriesProcess account transactions and provide support with billing and payment-related questionsResolve customer complaints promptly and professionallyIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and servicesMaintain and update the customer database accuratelyKeep detailed records of customer interactions and service activitiesComply with all company policies, procedures, and customer service standardsYour Life At Viva - Perks & BenefitsAs an employer of choice, Viva prides itself on supporting you in the best way possible by providing a range of incentives that meet the everyday needs of our people.
