Stockroom Coordinator Role
About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Stockroom Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis at Harbour Town Factory Outlet in Adelaide.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in supporting day-to-day stockroom operations, including logistics, inventory management, and stock to floor service to provide a premium factory outlet experience.
Main Objectives:
* To assist the store management team by providing feedback on required resources within the store to achieve all stockroom operational needs.
* To drive and ensure compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies, and standards within the store back of house.
* To represent the brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
* To drive profitability of the store by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
* To support the store management team by providing consumers with outstanding experiences while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Retail Team Leader of men's/women's apparel or sports footwear. They will also possess strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
