The Company

Our client is a leading construction contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across Australia. Known for their collaborative culture and commitment to excellence, they are seeking an experienced Tender / EOI Coordinator to support the successful delivery of major bids and submissions across the business.

The Role

As a Tender / Bid Coordinator, your primary objective will be to produce high-quality, fully compliant EOIs and tender submissions that align with client requirements, company standards, and strict deadlines. You will play a key role in coordinating the end-to-end submission process while working closely with internal stakeholders across the business.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

* Coordinating the preparation and submission of EOIs and tenders to ensure all deadlines are achieved.
* Preparing and managing bid schedules, facilitating review processes, and tracking actions to ensure timely completion.
* Serving as a central contact for stakeholders throughout all stages of the tender and EOI lifecycle.
* Producing, reviewing, and enhancing submission documents to maintain a high professional standard.
* Engaging with estimators, engineers, project managers, and senior management to obtain detailed technical and project information.
* Liaising with internal teams including marketing, legal, business development, and executive management.
* Administering tender management platforms and document control systems such as SharePoint.

We're looking for a Tender / EOI Coordinator with:

* Demonstrated experience managing tenders, EOIs, bids, or submissions within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure industries.
* Highly developed written communication, proofreading, and document presentation capabilities.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities and strict deadlines.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficiency using SharePoint or comparable document and records management platforms.
* A motivated, detail-focused, and team-oriented working style.
