Alltruck Bodies has established a reputation over 30 years as being a leading provider of quality rigid truck bodies and trailers across Australia with facilities in Dandenong, Victoria and Richlands Queensland.

Due to continued growth within the business, an opportunity has become available for an experienced and highly driven sales professional to join our team In Richlands, to manage not only our existing valued partnerships, but to strive towards establishing new and rewarding relationships.

As an Account Manager for Alltruck Bodies, you will be responsible for driving sales of our premium truck bodies and trailers statewide. This is a highly dynamic, customer-facing role that requires a strong ability to build relationships, drive growth, understand customer needs, and close deals. Travel will play a key part of the role in order to identify new business opportunities, manage existing relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and develop strong relationships with both existing and new customers

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities

* Provide expert knowledge on truck bodies specifications and customisation options based on customer needs.

* Negotiate customer pricing, terms and contracts to close sales and achieve set sales targets.

* Attend truck shows and client meetings to assist in the promotion of Alltruck Bodies and increase sales.

* Collaborate with the Sales and Engineering teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled and delivered on time.

* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

* Transport industry experience with an understanding of truck bodies and chassis types would be highly advantageous.

* Knowledge of major fleet operators throughout the country.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

* An ability to work well under pressure.

Qualifications and Attributes:

* 3 years + of proven experience in sales, preferably in the transport industry.

* Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.

* Solid computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office programs.

* Self-motivated, goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.

* Exceptional time management and organisational skills.

* Comfortable with extensive travel and maintaining a flexible schedule.

* Valid driver’s license.
