The opportunity

Reporting to the Project Manager, the project coordinator plays a proactive role in supporting the project delivery. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, providing day to day operational coordination and project support across key workstreams—Devices, Training, Change, BAU Readiness, and Hypercare—ensuring that the project continues to run smoothly, efficiently, and with strong internal customer service.

This is a 6-month contractual role.

The opportunity

Reporting to the Project Manager, the project coordinator plays a proactive role in supporting the project delivery. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, providing day to day operational coordination and project support across key workstreams—Devices, Training, Change, BAU Readiness, and Hypercare—ensuring that the project continues to run smoothly, efficiently, and with strong internal customer service.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the project team with planning, orchestrating, and delivering this strategic initiative.
* Work closely and in unison with all project streams to achieve seamless co‐ordination and integration.
* Support project activities so it meets the standards as required.
* Coordinate project related activities so they are completed within expected timeframes.
* Support to assess, communicate and resolve risks and issues as they are encountered.
* Support the project team in all aspects of the project life cycle and works with project team members and stakeholders to support all phases through project completion.
* Support conversations between stakeholders and Project team to ensure project readiness activities are completed.
* Coordinate Hypercare activities by managing ticket intake, tracking progress to closure, communicating updates to stakeholders, and supporting reporting and governance requirements.
* Coordinate end‐to‐end device logistics, including shipping, delivery confirmation, readiness for training and go‐live, and onward courier arrangements.
* Maintain and administer travel and roster schedules, manage booking changes and approvals, and coordinate project and governance meetings.
* Raise and manage Service Desk requests for project‐related requirements, monitoring progress to ensure completion within required timeframes.
* Support governance and deployment readiness through CAB run‐sheet preparation, resource planning assistance, and pre‐go‐live readiness confirmation with homes.

What You Will Bring To The Role
* Experience in project management and project delivery.
* Practical understanding or experience in delivering projects into an operations environment.
* Sound business and technology acumen with demonstrated experience supporting projects in a matrix project management environment.
* Comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, and unpredictability.
* Persuasive verbal and written skills.
* Analytical, thorough, organised, flexible and innovative in problem solving.
* Energetic, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure.
* Team oriented and proactive—makes things happen.
* Willing to vary normal working hours.
* Working with a high level of autonomy.
* High level of computer literacy, focusing on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail whilst maintaining efficient use of time.
Experience And Background
* Significant experience in a similar relevant role, with the ability to operate in a matrix environment.
* Demonstrated experience in the development and maintenance of constructive and mutually‐beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience in a Project Management Office environment.
