Together with our wider maintenance community, this role will focus our efforts to ensure we’re striving for increased reliability and effectiveness across our growing technical workforce and fleet of automated sortation systems.About Your RoleThis newly introduced role is responsible for expanding the compliance framework of maintenance and care of Australia Post’s and StarTrack’s automated Plant and Equipment across our national operating network. You will also enhance maintenance reporting to drive improved effectiveness while identifying, and prioritising risks and change management support needs.This national role is critical to providing our business and leadership structure confidence in the condition, performance and longevity of its processing systems. You will lead, directly and indirectly, our planning and compliance specialists. Collaborating across functional areas and with our operational teams, you will develop frameworks that support a balanced approach to maintenance across a variety of business objectives including efficiency, safety, reliability and risk appetite. Additionally, you will prioritise, mobilise and oversee Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects to uplift maintenance effectiveness and efficiency.This role is open to applicants located in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Adelaide.About youA strategic and commercially astute thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
