The Role Overview
The Workforce Australia Provider Support Division is responsible for delivering Australian Government-funded skills and employment programs. We work closely with our department's policy and program areas to gather intelligence that informs strategic responses to labour market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review how employment service providers are performing and offer advice to support quality service monitoring.
* Collect information from various sources and communicate insights clearly.
* Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
* Understand broader factors that affect team objectives and track progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A Year 12 qualification or equivalent experience in program delivery or stakeholder engagement.
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
* A valid driver's license is essential.
