This integral role involves acting as a liaison between customers and glaziers, focusing on maximising the conversion of opportunities while planning daily jobs.
About the Role:
* Planning, scheduling, and quoting of daily jobs.
* Maintaining accurate records of schedules.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Effective communication with customers, contractors, councils, and the sales team.
* Ensuring timely notification of schedule changes to customers.
About You:
* Minimum 3 years glass/trades scheduling experience preferred.
* Ability to coordinate with customers and trades professionals.
* Professional communication skills.
* Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and projects.
* Flexibility in adapting to changing work priorities.
* Experience with Simpro or similar scheduling systems an advantage.
