Customer Service Representative Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a dynamic corporate environment. This role involves providing excellent customer service support to both internal and external clients, managing inquiries across multiple channels, and collaborating closely with team members to deliver timely and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours and ensure timely follow-up
* Address customer concerns, issues, and complaints with tact and diplomacy
* Organise, file, and archive customer service documentation accurately
* Escalar product quality or service issues to the relevant internal teams
* Work towards meeting and exceeding key performance metrics
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of corporate or departmental customer service experience handling multiple communication channels (phone, email, etc.)
* Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is essential
* Strong typing skills with accuracy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities
