Reporting to the Property & Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the department, ensuring the efficient operation of the site facilities teams.

Provide reception services by assisting contractors, suppliers and internal employeesAssist the management team with contract and work order correspondence and follow up on work performedProcess all service and maintenance requestsResponsible for contractor sign in and access control for external stakeholdersProcessing all accounts payable documents and records in accordance with the relevant statutory requirementsGeneral administration support for the department More about you Demonstrated administrative experience within construction or building maintenance industriesExposure to basic finance administration tasks such as processing invoicesExperience with BEIMS highly desirableProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteHigh level of interpersonal and communication skills with strong stakeholder managementAbility to work autonomously as well as part of a team Who we are Mindil Beach Casino Resort is the leading entertainment destination in the Northern Territory, offering over 600 gaming machines, exciting table games, and diverse dining options.
