About this role
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Service Centre Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional client experiences and demonstrating ownership and accountability.
Your key responsibilities will include resolving client interactions, utilising tailored communication techniques, and making financial decisions aligned with clients' preferences and budgets.
You will be part of a collaborative team that values strong relationships and impactful solutions. As a Service Centre Consultant, you will contribute to the success of our organisation by delivering high-quality services to our clients.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential for ongoing employment. You will work part-time, 19 hours a week, with daily shifts starting between 8:30am to 9:00am - Monday to Friday (3 to 5 hour shifts daily).
The first two weeks will require full-time commitment for comprehensive training, ensuring you are fully prepared for the role.
Requirements
* Diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as business, law, or finance
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
* Knowledge of financial planning and estate administration principles

Key skills and qualifications
* Proven success in dynamic, client-focused environments
* Customer service background, call centre experience is advantageous
* Strong professional communication skills, maintaining composure under pressure
* Experience in empathetically addressing clients with disabilities, mental health issues, and adverse personal circumstances
