Petstock Cessnock is looking for Junior Team Members to join on a casual basis. Flexibility and availability across weekends, public holidays, and weekdays are essential. Availability after school and during school holidays is highly desirable.

- Inspiring and educating customers on pet care and products based on your knowledge
- Completing sales transactions and aiming to meet store sales goals
- Working with your team to ensure the store is well-presented and stocked with the latest products
- Keeping your knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services
- Contributing to a positive, supportive store culture where the team enjoys coming to work
- Maintaining a strong safety mindset and fostering a culture of safety within the team
What We Need...
- A passion for animals and delivering excellent customer service
- Experience in a retail environment
- A drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team members
- Physically capable of lifting up to 20kg products
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
