- As the Supply Support Manager, you will be responsible for establishing the Supply Support Capability; developing and managing Material, Distribution, Logistics and Supply Support. As a Leader, you will provide effective leadership and management to ensure business obligations and customer requirements are able to be met and also ensure the efficient flow of goods, services, and information in order to meet customer requirements.

- Following a recent announcement by the Australian Government to investigate the acquisition of UH-60M Black Hawk helicopters from the US Government, Lockheed Martin Australia is looking to establish a core team of experienced military Rotary Wing professionals to support the potential procurement and sustainment activities. - Manage and implement Supply Support activities across the Program
- Be the primary point of contact for stakeholder engagement in support of achieving required Material and Distribution and Logistics and Supply Support outcomes
- Ensure the execution and continuous improvement of logistics processes
- Ensure that customer service and time objectives are achieved
- Task and mentor Supply Support staff in the execution of their duties
- Coordination of LMA or Customer owned items using Inventory Management Systems
- Undertake the upkeep of LMA Supply Support Policies and Procedures
- Continual analysis of the Part Repair Pipelines for all managed Repairable Items and consumables to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Continuous improvement activities and closure of NC/s and other quality findings
**About you**:
- As this is a customer facing role, your ability to build rapport and remain composed under pressure all while communicating effectively will be outstanding, as too are your Leadership skills. You will have prior experience in a Commercial sense and be engaging and able to influence others. Being able to establish an effective Logistics environment from inception to mature status is what you are good at, due to your prior experience in a similar role and superior time management skills. Ideally you will also hold Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (electronics, knowledge, ability and experience in developing maintenance and repair methodologies, LORA).**To be successful in this role you will also have**:
- Extensive experience in Defence Aviation or similar logistics areas including inventory Control, Asset Management, Supply Chain and Procurement
- Extensive experience with supportability analysis or ILS
- Strong Leadership experience and proven mentoring and guiding of other members within a Supply Support Organisation
- Extensive experience working within a Materials, Distribution, Logistics and Supply Support capability environment
- Advanced experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Exceptional customer partnering focus
Familiarity with Support System Constituent Capabilities and ASDEFCON and advanced Inventory Management experience at a Defence District or Global Level is also highly advantageous.

- Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and hold a current or re-instatable NV1 Defence Security Clearance or be eligible to gain this.
- The location of the role will be in Holsworthy, NSW.
