This role requires excellent communications and teamwork skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships with a broad range of teams and individuals across multiple businesses.
**Duties**:
- Implement project change management and communications plans
- Develop communications and engagement materials
- Assess business readiness for change
- Build stakeholder relationships
- Lead and facilitate productive discussions and workshops with staff and stakeholders
- Support stakeholders in adopting the change
**Mandatory Skills and Experience**:
- Experience as a Change Manager or within a **communications** role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to translate complex information in simple messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Able to deliver engagement strategies and communications and change plans
- Experience in conducting stakeholder analysis
- Good business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
- Able to manage multiple deliverables and schedules simultaneously
