We’re looking to add multiple coaching roles across Australia. We’re selecting applicant suitability over geography, so if you meet the prerequisites we’re happy for the right individuals to work remotely.
The Business
In 2024 we celebrated our 20th anniversary! Entrepreneurial Business School (EBS) is the #1 Business Coaching company on the planet. We transform business owners into entrepreneurs—coaching across all levels of business, wealth creation, and personal development. EBS plans to expand to 10 new countries in the next 7 years and grow from 15 to 100+ Business Coaches globally. The head office is on the Sunshine Coast, QLD, Australia, with additional offices in New Zealand, United Kingdom, Philippines, and India. You will join a growing team of 40+ professionals helping small business owners realise financial and social change through skill and mindset transformation.
The roles support growth, expansion, and current demand in Australia. EBS is committed to charitable initiatives and has donated over $3 million and 250 bicycles to charities in the last five years. A registered Australian charity, Mission Abundance Foundation, was established in 2024.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Coach to join our coaching team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business coaching, ownership, or leadership, with a deep understanding of business operations and exceptional interpersonal skills. You will work closely with clients to help define goals, develop strategies, and overcome challenges to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to understand client needs and objectives.
- Assist clients in setting clear, achievable goals and developing actionable plans.
- Provide guidance in leadership, management, marketing, sales, and operations.
- Identify challenges and offer practical solutions.
- Hold clients accountable and provide regular feedback and support.
- Share personal experiences and insights to mentor clients through various business scenarios.
- Analyse performance metrics and help implement improvement strategies.
- Offer motivational support to keep clients focused and committed.
- Connect clients with resources, contacts, and networking opportunities.
- Help clients balance personal and professional lives to enhance performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a business coach, business owner, or business leader.
- Solid understanding of business principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- High empathy, motivation, and dedication to client success.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
- Certification in business coaching or related field is a plus.

- Comfort with travel and flexible to client locations and events.

- Current driver’s license and own reliable car; computer literacy; Mac knowledge a plus.
