Sales and Retail Marketing Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales efforts with assigned Field Accounts in the designated territory (Victoria and Tasmania) and head office requirements of key franchise group responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and retail marketing, preferably within the sport, FMCG, and consulting sector. A university degree in business or equivalent is desirable, but not compulsory.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets;
2. Maintaining accurate forecasts and sales opportunities;
3. Building and maintaining effective commercial relationships with customers to drive market share and revenue;
4. Supporting the execution of Field Account strategic initiatives by conducting regular store visits and quarterly reviews;
5. Delivering seasonal sell-in targets for the territory(s);
6. Forecasting, tracking, and reporting quantitative and qualitative performance on Field Account Performance.
Responsibilities and Requirements
The successful candidate will be expected to:
* Lead and drive sales efforts with assigned Field Accounts in the designated territory;
* Work closely with the Field Sales team to develop and execute sales strategies;
* Conduct regular store visits and quarterly reviews to support the execution of Field Account strategic initiatives;
* Develop and maintain effective commercial relationships with customers to drive market share and revenue;
* Deliver seasonal sell-in targets for the territory(s).
