Force Equipment has a vacancy for a Workshop and Operations Coordinator to join us in the ongoing maintenance of our heavy earthmoving fleet. We are proud of the team we have built in our Kalgoorlie workshop.
We strive to ensure all maintenance and repairs are completed in a safe, timely, and quality manner. If you have good experience in a supervision or senior role, we look forward to reviewing your skills.
The Role Responsibilities:
* Manage workshop in line with the approved budget
* Ensure work is executed as per quotes
* Control all variations that arise from each job and have them submitted to our clients in a timely fashion
* Control the profit and loss of every job
* Find avenues to increase margins without sacrificing quality
* Complete and submit invoices in a timely manner
* Liaise with clients to follow up on POs
* Take ownership and accountability

* Salary - Up to $190,000 + 12% Super
