About the Role
As a Service team member, you'll be the face of our store, creating positive first and last impressions for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service
* Operating registers and handling transactions accurately
* Assisting customers with product queries and store navigation
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming front-of-store environment
* Supporting the wider team during peak trade periods
About You
* Previous retail or customer service experience
* A positive, can-do attitude with strong communication skills
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work a rotating roster including weekends, afternoons & nights
* Comfortable working in a busy, customer-focused environment
* A genuine passion for fresh food and people
