Civil Engineering Technician Job Opportunity
We are seeking experienced professionals to work on civil, road & rail, and mine infrastructure projects in metropolitan and regional areas.
1. Liaise with clients to interpret work instructions and provide effective solutions.
2. Conduct field-based construction materials testing and sampling using established procedures.
3. Perform and direct fieldwork and laboratory testing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
4. Compile and tabulate data into worksheets and generate comprehensive test reports.
5. Review project-specific specifications and provide expert recommendations.
Required Skills:
* Relevant qualifications such as Certificate 4 in Laboratory Techniques.
* Proficiency in nuclear densometer operations.
* Current OHS White card.
* At least 2-3 years' experience working in a NATA accredited construction materials laboratory.
* Good computer competency and analytical skills.
* A current Class C drivers licence.
